Shipping

Currently on to the US (all 50 states) but sign up for our email to be notified when we add new locations!

We are currently working on shipping into the UK and Canada and will announce when those service areas are available.

Returns

​​If your Bonafide Skin product(s) are not perfect for you, you may return any products within 30 days from delivery for a full refund or credit (excluding original shipping cost, if any). If any discounts were applied at the time of purchase, they will be prorated in the refund amount. There will be a $5 fee deducted from the refund to cover the shipping label. If returning a set or collection, they must be returned in their entirety. Please package your returned products carefully.

At this time we do not accept exchanges, only returns. Please return for full refund/credit and create a new order.

Once package is recieved and refund is processed it will take 2-3 business days for refund to be received.

All products are made in the USA in FDA approved labs.

Yes, our packaging is recyclable.

Not to worry, only some products have a seal on them.

All products are cruelty-free and all are vegan friendly. Please refer to each product on our website and it will state if it is not vegan.

As with any new products, if you have serious allergies, we recommend that you consult with a doctor or do a patch test first.

We always recommend running by your physician if concerned with product usage during pregnancy.
